For all bookings we require a 2 night minimum. All our rates are based on double occupancy per room. We unfortunately don’t currently have any rooms with more than one bed, with the exception of Joey’s Retreat which has a king bed as well as a double sofa bed. We accept a maximum of 2 children in addition to 2 adults in Joey’s Retreat, subject to additional $25/per child/per night (plus applicable taxes).
Much as we love animals, we must enforce a “no pets” rule to avoid allergens for other guests.
We are a non smoking facility. Smoking on the premises is permitted only on our veranda or balcony and then only if no one else is using the veranda or balcony.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
We require a deposit equal to the applicable room rate for one night (plus applicable taxes) in order to secure your reservation. The deposit will be refunded, less a $50 (plus tax) cancellation fee, subject to notice being provided via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of twenty-one (21) days prior to your scheduled check-in date. After that date, the one night deposit becomes non-refundable. If cancelled less than one (1) week before scheduled check-in date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
If you have an allergy, please let us know prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Check In/Check Out/Left Luggage
Check in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. However, we try to be flexible so please contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. We do our best to accommodate late checkouts but it’s often not possible if we have guests checking into the room the same day. However, guests are welcome to leave their luggage and use the common areas while waiting for later flights. If you require early luggage drop off, please let us know when you will be here so we can meet you. We will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
Breakfast is not available in-house. However, we hope guests will enjoy exploring the great restaurants in the neighborhood!

We will not be responsible for any omission, negligence or error due to website maintenance or difficulties. The property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelery, or any other valuables. The management reserves the right to assign & reassign the guest to such accommodation as the management sees fit (price adjustments may apply). We operate under the Innkeepers Act. Management reserves the right to hold guests liable for undue damage to property. For your safety, please lock all doors, windows and front main entrance when coming and going.

All disclosed information including your email address, name, company name, address, phone number or fax number will be used solely for the purposes of contacting you in reply to your requests for information or reservations availability and is not sold, rented or otherwise given to third parties and is divulged only when you request us to make a reservation. Personal information and/or credit card information is used solely for processing your payment.
